Quantum Accord vs Hercules
These two start from the same promise — describe what your business needs, get working software, no developer to hire — and then go different ways. Hercules goes wide into business systems: CRMs, ERPs, HR portals, dashboards, roles and permissions, even app store publishing. Quantum Accord goes deep into one thing: a customer-facing presence for an Indian business, with WhatsApp and UPI native, a published rupee price, and the code in your hands.

Where Hercules is the better choice
Their breadth is real, and for these jobs it beats ours:
- You need internal software. A CRM your sales team lives in, an inventory tracker, an HR portal, an operations dashboard — Hercules is built for exactly that and we are not.
- Different staff need different access. User roles and permissions are part of their platform; we do not ship them.
- You want an app in the app stores. Hercules publishes to iOS and Android. We build for the web.
- Your app needs to store and process real data — records, files, scheduled jobs — behind a login.
If your problem is running the business internally rather than winning customers, start there.
Where Quantum Accord is the better choice
- Your customers are Indian. They message on WhatsApp and pay by UPI. Both are native here rather than something you would assemble from generic payment and chat features.
- You want to know the price before you start. Ours is on the pricing page: one-time, per site, in rupees, with a GST invoice. Nothing to work out in a sales call.
- You want to own the result. We say plainly that the code is yours to export and host anywhere. If code ownership matters to you, ask any builder to state their position in writing before you commit.
- The job is looking good to a stranger. A customer deciding whether to trust your shop judges the design in seconds. That visual result is our whole product, not a theme layer over a backend.
- You want it live today, from one sentence about your business.
The honest distinction
Ask who the software is for. Your staff? Then you want business systems with logins, roles and records — Hercules covers far more of that than we do. Your customers? Then you want a presence that looks right, loads fast, and lets someone in Indore message you on WhatsApp and pay by UPI without thinking about it. That is the one we built, and in India it is the one most small businesses actually need first.
Plenty of businesses eventually need both. Starting with the customer-facing side is usually cheaper, faster, and the half that pays for the other half.
Hercules features as published on hercules.app in 2026. Where their site does not state something — paid pricing, code export — this page says so rather than guessing. Check hercules.app for current details.
Frequently asked questions
What does Hercules do that Quantum Accord does not?
Hercules publishes a much broader business-software surface: CRMs, ERPs, HR portals, inventory and operations dashboards, with user roles and permissions, file storage, scheduled events and publishing to the iOS and Android app stores. If you need internal software for your team, that breadth is real and we do not match it.
What does Quantum Accord do that Hercules does not?
India. WhatsApp ordering and a WhatsApp AI agent, UPI and Razorpay, rupee pricing with a GST invoice, and design ranges built for Indian businesses. We also publish our prices openly and state plainly that the code is yours to export and self-host.
How much does Hercules cost?
Their site advertises a free tier with no credit card required but does not publish paid pricing, so we cannot compare numbers honestly. Ours is published in full on our pricing page — a one-time rupee price per site, no subscription and no per-seat fee.
Which one should a small Indian business choose?
If the job is customer-facing — a website, a landing page, WhatsApp orders, UPI payments — Quantum Accord is the closer fit. If the job is internal software your staff log into every day, Hercules covers more ground and is worth looking at first.
Not sure which fits?
